LAMATEK promotes Janine Martinez to Fenestration Sales Manager

Please join LAMATEK in congratulating Janine (Clauss) Martinez on her promotion to Fenestration Sales Manager. Janine joined LAMATEK about 2-1/2 years ago as Fenestration Account Manager and has brought both structure and organization to the Fenestration department. Although she joined this market in the early stages of its decline (and did not get to enjoy the “good times” like most of us), her determination to build a concrete framework in the Fenestration department created a stability that has not existed in the past. This has allowed LAMATEK to develop and market new products and prepare for the market turnaround that they are now experiencing.

We are also proud to announce the promotion of Shawn Newman to Technical Sales Associate. Product design will continue to be his key responsibility. Additionally, Shawn will collaborate on projects directly with the engineering\R&D departments and provide technical assistance from the design process through to the sale. Since joining the Sales Dept, Shawn has been essential in the development of new products for our largest customers and was instrumental in the engineering and design of our new PROTEK packaging products.
